Lol it probably is in the usa, but not in other parts of the world. I figured since hasbro made a stupid decision to repack it in wave 3 instead of putting in another stormtrooper, I may as well give it away as a thank you to followers.

Been on sale multiple times at Targets and tru's even up here in Canada

Not saying what the guy is doing is bad by any means either, just funny thats all

I get out plenty smart ass and hit target 3 times per week for other things as well.
Maybe up there they have been but not by me in Chicagoland.
Toys r us had a sale not too long ago but no clearance or discounts at Target or Kmart.

For my money, the 3 3/4" has the best likeness for its scale - even over HT - those moving eyes really altered the appearance of the sculpt. Look at the EX head with traditional sculpted eyes - dead on Hamill!!!
