I get out plenty smart ass and hit target 3 times per week for other things as well.
Maybe up there they have been but not by me in Chicagoland.
Toys r us had a sale not too long ago but no clearance or discounts at Target or Kmart.

Hmm sounds like a you problem... Solo (and greedo and leia) have been discounted everywhere and is plenty available. thats all I was saying.

Finally found a Stormtrooper as I lucked out and stopped at Target for the hell of it. Unbelieveable. The security camera person got a good show of the dance I did in the aisle. Still have yet to find a Boba Fett.

Yea that must be it, lol.
I see they are plentiful everywhere but still the Targets by me have never had them discounted.

I swear these Amazon marketplace vendors must be buying up all the Stormtroopers. Saw them available last night and clicked and it said back-ordered but you could still order and it would ship when they come in. Added to my cart and said no longer available.

Theres only one problem that keeps scalpers alive and that's the fact that, apparently, people are paying their prices.

Saw both Bespin Luke and Obi Wan at Target. To be honest they both looked like.....EASY PASSES!!

I don't collect prequel stuff. And the only way I would get the Bespin Luke is if it were on rock bottom clearance. Like $5.

It is pretty obvious when you see one of the marketplace vendors have only one left, amazon shows in stock until you check out and then all of a sudden same said vendor has 5 left.

Bespin Luke isn't even a bad figure. The only thing that sucks about it is the color of the lightsaber blade. Other than that, he's solid.

Yeah I freaking LOVE my Bespin Luke! Favorite figure of the line so far! As long as the eyes are painted well, I don't see why anyone would be hating on it.

Yup. I mean those initial photos of it sucked, but once I saw it in person I was hooked. As long as the paint apps on the face are good, I don't understand how anyone could fault it. It's the best Bespin Luke figure Hasbro has done by far.

He's not my favorite, but he's a great figure. I think the stand outs so far in the line have been,

- Pilot Luke (one of the best sculpts and likenesses on a figure)
- Sandtrooper
- Greedo


Boba Fett and Han are cool, but the restrictions in the joints with limited movement in the elbows and legs really kill the Boba figure for me. As for Han, I think that figure would have benefited from being in the first Wave. Those figures (like Luke) had much better paint applications.

I know a lot of people are going ga-ga over the Stormtrooper, but it's a cheap piece of crap. The Sandtrooper is far superior.

I love the fact that I have a 6 inch Stormtrooper on my shelf....but yeah, he's so friggin' floppy. It's hard to just get him to balance in a neutral pose even.

It's just kindof slacking that the stormie is a stripped down sandy, mainly the elongated neck is just ridiculous looking on the storms. I love my two sandtroopers, they have a lot of character to them when posed well. I can just see them sitting in some stupid desert on guard duty, talking about how the empire actually kinda sucks but what ya gonna do?

And you can just tell by the cheap ass plastic that the Stormtroopers are going to yellow in the next couple of years. Hasbro really cheaped out on them. I think it's crazy that people are buying dozens and dozens of them.

Lol, yeah good point, hadn't realised that's way less of an issue with the sandies as they literally have to look weathered anyway. Thanks, now I'm even more glad with my choice.XD
