I'll take a Fett (if I don't break down and ebay the SDCC version), ANH Han, Bespin Luke and ANH Stormtrooper. Those plus Luke X-wing and R2 in S1. Hopefully the sculpt quality and paint will be consistent with all of them.

Odd choices... I expected a Stormtrooper, Han, and even a PT Obi-Wan and Anakin but these other choices are bizarre to me. Instead of DATH VADER or C-3PO, we are getting Greedo and a variant Luke already? And Slave Leia first? Odd.

I'll pick up all of them but the Prequel guys likely. I hope Vader, C-3PO, Chewie, and Lando are in the next two waves after this. Old Ben too!

I'm hoping for a Gammorean Guard, Nein Numb, some ewoks, and Darth Vader. Pretty excited about this line.

My only question is, are playsets out of the question for this series?

High unlikely I'd say.

They might do a small vehicle like Luke's Tatooine Landspeeder or an Endor speederbike - but the 4" line is their focus for stuff like that - if any playsets even happen for 4" line in future, which is also debatable at best. :lol

Maul's sabers look correct and slightly tapered, but Luke's seems to lack the tapered look. Oh well, they look pretty good.

You know what's really going to be annoying? Seems that Greedo is going to have a "leather" belt. So that means what is plastic on these Series 1 figures will most likely be softgoods on future series. (Looking at X-wing Luke specifically)

We are so used to seeing Star Wars actions figures in 3 3/4" scale. Even looking at these pictures my mind still thinks 3 3/4".
Capture the feeling when you first see these 6" scale "in hand" guys.

Still this collection will be tough as my money is invested into 1/6th now. Why do I need Boba Fett when I have the Sideshow sitting in my shelve.
I think it will be "pick and choose" with this line for me. Starting with R2-D2…..

They look ok, but when you can see what 3A was going to be producing, i cannot but be dissapointed !!!

What were you expecting from Hasbro for $20?

A better $30-$40 figure even...given Neca, 3A, Mcfarlane toys ect...can put out much more detailed figures for price, these are a let down. These almost seem rushed. When you are catering to the adult collector paying an extra $10 to $20 aint going to make a difference if the end result is superior...these are not meant for the kiddies yet we are getting the same calibre sculpt and paint.:lecture

:slap

I might just opt out of this series to be honest. I hate soft goods on small figures. They look bad with mixed plastic, rubber, and cloth parts. The only exception I'd overlook are capes and robes. But even then, I prefer plastic.

Also, not sure why it's being said that's SSC stuff as reference. Entertainment Earth is unveiling Greedo and they showed his hands and a leather belt. Looked like it was for the 6" figure to me.
