Also, why can't (not allowed?) anyone get the Stormtrooper helmet more accurate? I've seen better fan made sculpts.

Probably because there were three or four main helmets seen throughout the OT and we all have different perceptions of how it should look. I think minor paint details aside, they did a great job on this one.

The Sandie head looks like the Gentle giant mini bust head, funnily enough.

The R2 pictures are brighter, so they may be washing out some of the details. His eye thing is smaller, though.
