Hasbro 6" Black Series Star Wars line

Those are cool, but I do not have interest. Only buying in 6" scale what I do not have in 12" Hot Toys version.

I was hoping for the 40th they were going to re-do an early bird version, but I'll definitely take these.

Would have much rather seen TFA and RO 3.75" figures on Vintage Style cards. Too bad. No interest in 6 inch at all.

Still a no go for me. Those blown up 4" molds just look awful to me. Not falling for those carbacks i already got back in the VOTC/VTAC/VTLC days. If i'd ever venture in that scale, i'd probably ge into Figuarts.

These are the same black series figures just in the card, right? Are the black series a blown up version of a 4" figure previously released?

These are rereleases of previous Black Series figures (except Leia has a new sculpt) not sure where he got that these were blown up versions of the 3 3/4 inch figures. I'm tempted by these. Will for sure pick up R2 and Vader. Missed R2 the first time and need him to go with BB-8 and 3PO. This version of Vader looks miles better than the last release also.

They are re-releases, except the new figures Tusken Raider, Death Star Commander and the Jawa. Leia has a new face sculpt, though. They are NOT blown up 3.75'' molds. For better or worse, they are all new. R5-D4 is also coming in this packaging as a store exclusive.

Do you guys use any flat coat on the black series or marvel legends when the plastic is shiny? If so what do you use? I think Tamiya flat base could work but before I start spraying and destroy figures I thought I would seek opinions.

I sincerely hope the 4th ANH Vader is not difficult to get. Honks my horn that they did this stunt with the Vader figure!

Hold on. I hit the panic button too soon. BBTS just announced the preorder. No limits quantity apparently. Phew.

Just the first wave though. May still have to hunt down Vader with the display and pilot Luke.

I have no black series figures but I couldn't resist the new retro card backs, first wave bought
