Hasbro 6" Black Series Star Wars line

Thanks guys.

I mixed a custom color for the frown. Honestly I just kinda eyeballed it using photos, the included decal sheet, and my eFx PCR helmet as references until it looked about right. I can tell you I used gray, yellow, and blue in the mix but I don’t remember much more than that. I think it was mostly gray and yellow with just a touch of blue. Maybe some black or brown in there too?

I also mixed the colors for the abdomen buttons. I wanted to paint and clear coat them before assembly and I just didn’t see how the decals were gonna work on those tiny pegs.

I used the water slide decals for all the other helmet details.

Amazing that they've nailed the helmet better than HT 1/6. I have him too and love him, but like the bandai kits I just wish he was just a smidge shorter to look better with the rest of my collection. Still both figures above look sweet next to 40th BS Vader and and are miles ahead of their Black Series counterparts.

Besides that warped blaster for her promo shot, what’s with Leia’s makeup. Looks like a cheap hooker. Thought they’ve been on the face print tech now.
