Eww.... Well, this third line is gonna be tough. I'm going to jump on the Stromtrooper POs but there's no way I'm buying a case when all I really want beside that is Luke.

Stormtroopers will be harder to find than the Sandtroopers.

I agree... It's just a little shocking in comparison at first.

Understandable.

But you have posters who are saying the scale is "wrong"?

It's like: "What?"

Here we finally have a Leia that is actually the RIGHT size and you have people muddying the waters with an odd stance.

Personally, I think their effort at scale with Leia is incredibly impressive. Along with many other things about this line, it shows that there's a lot of promise here.

A decent Jango would be welcome; never got a decent 3 3-4" scale, as Hasbro never made a decent one, IMO

I can't wait for IG-88. That thing should be huge. Hope it fits in the box.

I have to say i'm really enjoying this line and hope it continues for a long time. Some of the figures are better than others but overall i think Hasbro are doing a great job.

For what would seem to be a pretty straightforward cast, I still do not have a decent one to display with my RoBF Slave. If they cast him shorter and wider than Boba, its going to be awesome.

I'll probably skip Mace, but the rest are definite buys.

Agreed guys - Hasbro haven't done Jango justice in the 4" scale yet.

You can kitbash a decent one, but who wants to **** around with getting three different figures to make one GOOD one.

Again, agreed.

However... this *seems* like a special case just because Leia's smaller scale seems like such a potent positive for the line, that it makes Leia scale complaints that much more screwy to me.

Leia is one of the shortest (if not THE shortest) human humanoids in the Star Wars universe.

I currently have all Wave 1 and 2 figures in hand, and to see the strikingly contrasting (and passably accurate) varying heights and body builds of Luke, Han and Leia side by side is a refreshing sight never possible to be seen before in a mass market action figure context.

Additionally, this makes the Artoo scale complaints look negligible in comparison.

Paint jobs do appear hit or miss, but I'm ok with them. I agree that the Leia portrait paint is very cartooney looking. Will look to repaint that one. The Marvel legend heads look better...

Wave 2 has been released online. They should start hitting stores in the next few weeks.

Yeah, paint apps are all over, I hadn't really noticed until I was looking at a couple Sandies in the store yesterday and one of their weathering patterns was so heavy it looked like he was wearing brown pieces of armor in spots.
