Anybody know wtf is going on with the CW & Vintage stuff that was to hit this past December? I know the Seripas wave is out, but damn if it's not in short supply. All this and now the friggin PM sheit is hitting the shelves and Hasbro hasnt hardly completed 2011!

Distribution sucks in my area. I got the walrusman wave at wal mart about 2 months agao- and realized I had missed th Dr evazan wave before it. Havn't seen anything new since. ANYWHERE. And it was fraking x-mas. Same damn peg warmers.

i absolutely love the clone wars clones that hasbro has released.
i know most people don't like the newer mold, the one without ankle joints. but i like it better. the ankles don't quite bother me at all, especially when you use the base that they come with. now if they were to nix that, then i would be pretty peeved.
one of the only things i'm a little worried about is the new phase "2" captain rex. hasbro has been able to get by with having removable helmets that aren't huge for a while now with the clones. but this new rex looks like he may have a problem with his helmet being too big. i really hope that the photos they showed are just prototypes and the actual helmet will be smaller. but something tells me it's going to be a bit big looking.
i really hope they rerelease most of the commanders in their phase 2 armor.. ie bly, gree, etc. it'd be nice to get 4 clone phase 2 battle packs, rex with two from the 501st, cody with two from his battalion (boil and waxer probably) and bly and gree with two of their troops. i doubt they'd do that. but it'd be cool.

After seeing the Phase 2 regular Clone and Cody, I don't think that'll be too much of a problem.
lol. i completely agree.
i read that there was once a street date on the 2012 figures that has been lifted. .. but something tells me that if it's printed on the box, lifted or not, stores will still abide by it. i certainly hope not, but i guess we'll see. i cannot wait to get my hands on phase 2 cody. phase 1 is good and all, but lately it's been looking a bit dated, and i don't think they've been able to get the orange quite right, but the new one looks fantastic.
and again on rex.. i think once he comes out, i'm just going to give his helmet and pauldron to the jetpack version. i really like the look of the soft goods kama.
for your sake i hope so as well.
which figures haven't you been able to find? or which ones are you still looking for?

Just Barris and Savage Opress (armored).
Sad thing I saw Barris a few times but thought a friend already grabbed it for me. Savage I saw at Disneyland and it was $9.95 so I didn't want to pay that. But... to think about it, it's only $2-3 more for a pretty cool figure.
i've only see barris a few times and that was a long time ago i think it was still warm out, so i'd say around summer time.
armored savage is so much better than non armored in my opinion, he's a truly great looking figure.
if you want, i'll keep an eye out for you, i could send it (if i find it) for the price i spent + shipping.
i was dumb enough to pass on barriss twice when she was one 5 bucks!
i've done that plenty of times.. i see something i want but don't feel like getting it at that moment.. and you figure that you're bound to see it more eventually.. then before you know it.. you can't find it anymore, and now you really want it. ie.. the neca berserker predator for me. i saw it a whole lot of times, then by the time i really wanted it, stores didn't carry them anymore. i wound up finding it online for less than TRU was selling it for. so the price plus shipping was right around the TRU retail price. so i'm happy.
anyways. hopefully later this week or next we'll start seeing some of the 2012 star wars stuff. but my hopes aren't high.

picked up an armored opress yesterday at wm. they had like 3 clone wars figures and he was one of them. my favorite clone wars figure so far i think.

yeah, armored opress is very awesome. i love how tall he is. and i love his head sculpt, in my opinion it's better than the unarmored version.
i saw a nice sight at target when i got out of work at 9am this morning, they were resetting the main toy aisle. they had just started when i had got there. i went back later today and they had everything moved around, and in the star wars section, there was a big frame like thing with the 2012 packaging look to it (the darth maul face etc) .. i'm hoping either thursday, friday, or sometime next week they'll start filling it with new stock.

I wish that were the case-- only if they brought some new products in. Savage (in any variation) has never been seen on the pegs in my Canadian area as well as on the US side (he's the main CW fig I've been hunting for).
I did however come across a nice surprise this past week at Sears (Canadian store) that had all of their stuff down to $7 a fig-- and then a buy one get the second one free... I picked up my third vintage Grievous (awesome representation) as well as five other vintage ones from Ep.III and II that I either didn't have or wanted a second one-- not a ton of choice but finally an excuse to pick up Anakin in Naboo disguise.
