Hasbro appreciation thread.

A wal-mart I visited yesterday had Clone Wars figures on new Darth Maul packaging (looks atrocious and completely wrong).

Chewbacca and Savage (non armored) were among them. It's a good sign that we'll see some of the figures again. The only thing i DON'T like is that they're renumbering them starting from CW1-onward again. I would rather keep track of them using existing numbers.

Those are awesome dioramas! I wish I had the skills to build something like that.


On a different note, I opened up four more Clone Wars figures. 4-A7, Embo, Honda, and El-Les.

He comes with a hologram of Anakin and Ahsoka w/ stinky

Embo doesn't look as cool in toy form as he did in the toon.

Honda Ohnaka or however you spell it

And EL-LES.

The CW stuff just doesnt grab me like the OT and PT stuff does...

I want to watch the Blu Rays of it but I'm worried I'll get hooked lol and I dont want to spend any more money on SW stuff lol

Very creative! That AT-AT is such a beast..wish it had come out when we were kids.

Yea when I was 6 years old I received the original Kenner AT-AT and snowspeeder, but not so many figures.I think though that the original kenner snowspeeder with light up sound cannons is better made than the one today. But yes the 2010 AT-AT is the best, I just hope the plastic that they have used does not yellow.

Thanks well the windows idea came from watching the SDCC 2010 Hasbro Hoth display, so I just wanted a smaller scale diorama and since the one snowspeeder already came with a nice dio in the box I just started from there.

Those are awesome dioramas! I wish I had the skills to build something like that.

I have been watching https://www.niubniubsuniverse.com and that has help me create some of the things. Jabbas Palace has been a work in progress, so I've just added things to it over time. I just this week made the droid droid torcher chamber, but I'm going to work on the outside a little more.

These are some of my other work, the first one is based on the first episode of the Clone Wars Ambush.

I said the same thing about Clone Wars in the beginning. And I watched it!

What happened was I made a trade for some toys online, and the person knowing I was a Star Wars fan, sent me some LOOSE clone wars figures he didn't need anymore. For free. In one easy transaction, I was now an owner of Obi-Wan, Yoda, and two Clones.

It just spiraled from there because I always wanted C-3PO and R2-D2 for kicks... and then I wanted an Anakin to go with it. And then they made a better Yoda. And then and then and THEN!!!!
