I probably havent had as much luck as everyone else:
My Luke Jedi 12" had paint rub on his nose - the replacement was fine
My Anakin Vader 12" had a bent box (i think i just kept that one)
My Premium Format Darkness had a small area on the back of his head that was white/unpainted. I destroyed it, then they sent me the replacement, only to be mising his ear
. The second replacement was fine although it took 7 months to sort out 
My SSE Wolf Man vs Frankenstein had a small bit of pain missing on the top of his leg and Wolf Man wouldnt slot into Frankenstein The replacement had a splodge of paint on Wolf Mans knee. The second replacement was fine
As you can see its the paint job that become a recurring theme for me. Whenever I receive an item now, i never go through excitement, but more so fear that there will be something wrong with it.
Whilst I would like to get everything arrive perfectly every time, in Sideshows defense, their customer service is unbeatable. Ive never had any problems with them and have always been happy in the end!!
