The hair wasn't repainted but I put a little gloss on it. I do the same on all of my female statues as I like the way it looks and think it makes them stand out a little more.

I use the Canon XSi camera. I used to just have the kit lens it came with but I recently got the 50mm lens and Scarlet Witch is the first one that I used it on. It's now my preferred lens when I take pictures of my statues.

I've been thinking of getting the Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II for ages and your new pics have convinced me to order one.

Many tks This lens is really not bad ... but you have the f/1.8 85 mm by Canon ... a real killer for portrait and statue
Not the price of L series/pro ... but a lot of quality
