New to the forums and unsure how to upload pics. Just wanted to say I received mine today and the eyes look perfect to me. Nothing like the cross eyed pics. Its a stunning piece and I'm extremely happy with it.

Aside from the eyes the piece looks great. I would never buy this simply because of the quality control on the eyes though. It's enough to make me want to avoid it entirely. Companies really need to actually look at the eyes before shipping this stuff out.

yeah,...after seeing the pics i'm really turned off by the piece. both of the faces that have been posted both look really crossed eyed. I agree it definitely is a huge deal breaker. I need to see more pics of the faces from some others who bought her....i'm fearful this might be a problem on all of them. if it is I will unfortunately pass. I really hope some more pics show up that will disprove this fact cause I really wanted this piece. please someone show me normal eyes on theirs.

Honestly ... I don't think that I would have ever noticed if the eyes on my version were even crossed ... they are very, very tiny ... LOL ... Glad mine are good ...

Got Mine today, and I'm happy with it, sorry for the bad quality of picture. I can hardly see any problem with the eyes on mine unless my eyes needs to be checked.

They just sent me a photo of my replacement to see if I liked it...wonderful costumer service!

Grats to all that got a good one. Except for the eye thing it seems that the vast vast majority like this piece. I'll take it as a good sign. Their great costumer service so far has been good too...can't wait for my replacement. I love this piece

im just waiting for mods to upload my pic, since im new to these forums. But yeah, im extremely happy with mine, and my eyes look perfect to me. Im sure you will be happy with your replacement

Well, my wife agreed with me that the statue has the crossed eyes...she loved the rest of it though LOL! I contacted HCG this afternoon and the customer service rep was awesome! He told me that when a few complaints about the eyes came in, they feared that the entire stock in the warehouse was like that...but he said they opened and inspected them and that 90% of them were good. He couldn't believe that the painter thought these looked ok and was even more dumb founded that the quality control person signed off on it. I would say somebody got a good reaming yesterday . They are going to send me a replacement selene portion and when it arrives I am to put my current one in the box and send it back to them. Here's one more pic that captures the look quite well...again, in person it looks MUCH worse.
