I opened the box fully prepared to do some serious repainting, and I am very pleasantly surprised. I still may touch up the eye makeup and hit the coat and vest with some dulling spray, but here he is as he came from the factory:

what is the overal depth of this, if i try to pick this up it has to fit in a display case i have with the shelf that is 12'' and overall only 14'' to spare with door closed.

Never seen it done but I think it will drastically improve it if you pull it off .
