Also how is their Nemesis statue? I've got some money on the side and it looked like a nice buy. What scale is he supposed to be? The site says he is 21 inches tall so he should fit in with 1/4 scale statues right? He'll look human size but he should fit in

I really like the statue, its sat infront of me. Some people here dont like it because of its size and bodily proportions. or his skin tone but all the guys who have it in hand love it. Its worth the money if you can get it at a decent price.

It seems like a weird scale to me. Their other stuff for Resident Evil is around 1/6 scale right? According to the Wiki Nemesis is roughly seven feet tall so I'm not sure where the 21 inches came from

He is out of scale wonder if HCG knows this.

He is basically the ORC Nemesis. Both in height and partial design. Hes not the RE 3 game Nemesis

I picked up Resident Evil 6 the other day. Been playing it with a friend and we just completed Sherry's story. I'm really loving it so far. They need to make a statue of Ustanak. That dude is too awesome. He makes Mr X and Nemesis look like complete chumps in comparison.

I'm with you. I love the game, a lot and Ustanak is awesome.

He's supposed to be 1:6 scale but he's huge. Taller than Nemesis is typically portrayed. They seemed to have based his height on Operation Raccoon city which had him really tall.

I have Nemesis and in hand he looks awesome, most pics don't do it justice (mine doesn't anyway) except Kiva has a few good ones.

His size is based off ORC but that doesn't bother me it just shows how much of a monster he his. Money well spent

We aren't the first company that have produced an exclusive for SDCC, and as we hadn't actually fully announced our plans and just put up the Sneak Peek in response to some requests so people could see what is in the pipeline and to promote the fact that we will be at SDCC, I am really surprised by the reaction.
It is our intention when we work out the logistics that these will also be available to our existing Resident Evil customers as we fully appreciate that everyone, especially those of you overseas, can't travel to San Diego. I am not sure when the full announcement regarding orders will be available, but I will make sure it appears here.

I think that is a good response, there was other people frustrated by this who want the whole line and wouldn't be able to get the exclusive.

I hope they make it available to everyone else just have to wait and see.

Also good to see HCG being professional and not just saying STFU to their customers.

Its nice they drew attention to it and that they know that its at the moment shafting others. It should see a regular release even if its limited. Or even a variant as to not tread on the toes of whatever contract SDCC has for an "exclusive" item.

It would be a shame if guys who have bought 5 or so RE statues and intend to buy future statues miss out on this piece while a bunch of casual convention goers pick them up to flip them on ebay.

Also, just because it's a SDCC exclusive, doesn't mean it'll go for ridiculous prices in the aftermarket. There are a lot of SDCC Ex's that stick around for a while and don't sell. Simply because they aren't really sought after. This may be one of them, it may not. Who knows. I have one Po'ed at amiami. If I end up not liking it, I'll try to find a freak here who wants it, and I won't sell it for ridiculous prices....probably...

Exactly, I know it's not a major exclusive (not G or Tyrant) but it's still a RE HCG collectible I would like to have for my display and it's nice to know they are thinking about people who can't make these Comic Con's they could of just said deal with it but then that really would be ****ing on their customers.

Can someone here shed some light on this for me please its a comment on the HCG Facebook: If you are not an existing HCG Resident Evil customer or don't attend SDCC you cannot get this.

Who classifies as an existing HCG Resident Evil customer? Ordering directly from HCG?
