Ive bought statues on and off for the last 10 years. But the RE monster HCG statues have always caught my attention. The Nemesis statue is badass, i wouldnt change anything about it no matter what people may say its inaccuracies are. Its a statue, not an in game screen cap. I think the Axeman looks the best of the lot, but its just too under scale to buy. I love the Licker and if it was reasonable in price id buy it. but its not. Im all over this Statue if its a Tyrant or Hunter though. Providing it isnt a lower scale size.

The axeman is in scale compared to RE5 as he wasn't much bigger than the main characters.

The Tyrant HAS to be near enough the same size as Nemesis to be good and I think he will be

Thing is, HCG Nemesis is over sized. He wasn't that much taller than your average human (same with Mr. X) in the games. Tyrant on the other hand was pretty damn tall.

The HCG Axeman figure is the same size as a the Hot Toys Alice, which is short. About "1+ Shorter than my HT re 5 Figures ( and if i was to bend knee aiming pose my re 5 chris he would be the same size as the STARS statue)

The Axeman is disapointingly short. Because he looks badass, he is in the movie and the game. But he is so effing short.

Axeman isn't that short but he is smaller than he should be. Here's a pic I took a while ago. I never got around to shooting him with the RE5 figures though...

It does look awesome, but too short. Can you imagine if he was the same size as Nemesis? The axe!!!

HCG and Capcom were never intending on using RE3 Jills character concept. Nor were they intending using RE3 Nemesis character concept. I noticed this when I decided to watch youtube videos last night. They used Nemesis character concept from RE:ORC. I was wondering why hcg made him so big in scale and his rocket launcher thinner than what it was in RE3. I guess there's the answer to that. And the characters all come up to his waist. Zombie Cop statue looks like they used his concept from ORC as well.

Beats me. Has Tyrant been in more than one RE game?

I know, i did have the Virtual Legends Tyrant and there is literally nothing at all wrong with that statue, its fantastic, and if this doesnt turn out to have a great base id buy it again. Id like a STARS Wesker and i am considering Selling my Midnight to fund him. I want the iconic looks but at the same time i can make Midnight Wesker in to such bad arse poses and STARS i... really cant. Not to keep him in character

I would think its the bigger and better, refined looking Tyrant. Dont remember much of him. Its been so long that Ive played RE1.

Hmmm good point.

Although Tyrant will probably be a 4th quarter release so that's the only reason I'm thinking only two statues this year. Hope there is more.

Depending on how far along in the process they are with him. It looks like the beginning stage of a digital render as of now. 4th quarter is a long time not releasing anthing new in between. So Im thinking theyre going to unexpectedly put something up soon. Usually we dont know what theyre working on until it's ready to go up for pre order.

Resident evil 0 (Proto Tyrant), 1 (Tyrant), 2 (Mr X/Super Tyrant), 3(Nemesis is a Tyrant with a parasite kinda thing) & Code Veronica had Tyrants. There is also 3 new Tyrants in Umbrella Chronicles. And theres a transexual Tyrant... in Dead Aim. I think every RE game up until Re 4 had a Tyrant in it.
