Probably one last question: Is there anyone in our own small community at collectorfreaks who can help with the repaint?
I was once, eons ago, a crazy Ledger fan like many. Bought Kato's Joker costume at that time to build my own 'definitive' Ledger Joker. The good old days.
Now, I will be happy to just get my QS head sculpt repainted nicely. I feel the sculpt is nice, but their production paint was not good enough.
Yeah I personally would go full custom
if I’m to invest $700 for a repaint + rehair,
at that price I need a more unique sculpt.
Though some like having rolling eyes
so I could understand that reasoning.
Heise really does bring them to life.

Agreed. Looks terrible.
Maybe they should have kept people involved along the process.. instead of showing pictures of the coat tossed over a table each time
Are those buttons, or coffee beans?
*Sigh, all that waiting and this is the final result, really destroyed my excitement, part of me doesn’t even want it anymore.

I’ve reached back out for a refund yesterday,
back in August was told it wasn’t finished and
to wait to decide.
With the cost of everything
releasing and going up for PO,
I really need that $450 put elsewhere
instead of on a coat that none of my notes went towards.

Yup, someone is already selling their spot. It’s absolutely horrible for the price. I thought they were taking longer to implement all the feedback they received, but it seems they didn’t use any of it.

complete so I’m just waiting to hear back now.
I told him the coat wouldn’t be worth the asking price had the details not been there last summer when the run began, so it should be of no surprise that I’ve decided to back away from the project now.
