Now you drop this on me after I jsut put my name on the wait list...:) But the good thing for me is that I don't need for all my statue to be in scale with one another for me to display them all together.

thanks fuzzy, now i have a reason to cancel punisher...

i'm going after the Undying Carcass Premium Format:rock

Line him up next to Venom when you get him fuzzo.

aight, will do.

from my calculations his head should be about 3+ inches above venom, so should look ok. I'll do a photoshop too of him later, in hospital atm. ;p

What are you doing with those patients!? Talking to them about SS measurements? :wacky

umm noooo, they have more pressing concerns.... :horror
I do have my measuring tape with me though!

Perfect! You know, I do tend to talk to my clients about my hobbies but that's because they're close to my age most of the time.

You have time to talk to us here though! Not that I mind :lol

Anyways, I definitely know who to go to whenever I want to check the scale of something.

It's interesting that SS has decided to ignore everyones comments on the scale issue.
I'm sure that SS monitors these threads so it's perplexing why they don't take this head on.
The issue is not a matter of what the scale should be (sort of.....) but rather a question of accuracy.
If you are buying a 1:1 scale Ferrari would you be satisified with 1:9?
I don't fault SS for needing to make adjustments but please, inform us so we can make decisions based upon fact and not have to absorb shipping cost when we find that you changed the scale without telling us and we hate it and decide to send it back.
I'm very hesitent on any current dios that they current produce at this time due to scale issues.
It's just bad business practice.
If you indicate 1/4 inch scale indicate your baseline if they are diffrent to what should be the authorative norms (Marvel.com bios for Marvel characters)

Hopefully with the gun, its more than 20 inches and the 20 inches is a rough number posted by sideshow. For example Hulk was over 21 inches but was noted as 20 inches. Wishful thinking:google

Why do we talk scale?

Because they are the company that Collectors deserve, but not the one we need right now... and so we'll keep talking critically about scale... because they can hear it... because they are not apathetic... they are silent guardians, watchful protectors... Sideshow Collectibles!

I don't recall sideshow ever indicating their baseline scale except for their premium formats. Comiquettes have always been a crap shoot and probably always will be. Nothing surprising here folks.

I've also notice that Gambit and his base are not perfectly aligned with the bottom of the Punisher's base here, that brings it a lil closer...

It's actually almost another half inch above Punisher's base.
