If you don't know, HoW has been renewed for a 5th and final season.

Liked it tonight, though I don't understand how anyone would want to hang Ruth.

great show, though I think its going to get pretty out of control with the Rabbits in town, he's going to regret ever calling them to come out there I think.

also cant see them hanging Ruth, back in that day and age, I doubt anyone would of batted a eye over her shooting or killing Sandy, obviously it's only being down for ratings...lol

The acting in this show is so good. The Swede has reinvented himself yet again. And the guy playing the Governor is just great. I remember him as the husband of "The Medium" years ago. He was sort of wimp in that.

No-one wants to hang Ruth, not even the Governor. But he'd be shown to be a hypocrite with his hard-line law stance if he looked the other way for this. He's not prepared to lose authority by doing that.

I can understand why they killed off Ruth, it was obvious the writers couldn't quite figure out what to do with the character once her father and Joseph were gone. Kasha Kropinski did a fantastic job in this episode, my heart was actually racing when she was up on the gallows.

Actually, I think that's what's going on with the show now. They just don't know what to do with the characters. The actors are great, but....there just isn't a real story there. Isn't the next show the last one this season? Hopefully it's good. The Swede is coming!

there's a real limitation to this as people know its heavily based on history. they're pushing it as far as they can. the steamed shovel is good sign that they're incorporating history's milestone. Cheyenne will becomes more civilized eventually and the producer won't have much to work with. yea, Mr. Green suppose they can kill off the main character to usher in new ones and aim toward prohibition?

Prohibition was in the 1920s. They aren't anywhere near that.
