I really love the movie but it's so hard to watch.
the comics weren't like that..... not disgusting.
they ruined their own movie.
I hate it.
plus the hellboy make up was kinda ugly

I enjoy all the Hellbois. Probably least favorite is/are the animated ones. But I haven't revisited them since first viewing.

Jack Kesy Hellboy has grown on me. He actually did a great job and there was good expressions on his face which worked well on film.

Just watched it and I thought it was really good, very creepy vibe, nice folklore references and the cast were great.
Definitely picking this up on 4k.
Loved the way Hellboy put his roll ups out on his tongue and ate them.

That was an interesting idea to do that. I was like wtf. Lol but then realized he's half demon so smoking and eating that won't harm him in the end, I liked seeing it as a habit or characteristic.

I do wish they make another film based on another comic and get jack to come back as Hellboy. The only thing if they try to cast a new actor for Professor Broom I feel Richard E Grant would be perfect since to me he looked the closest to young Broom in Bram Stoker's Dracula as Doctor Jack.
