Hello everyone. Please take a moment to read this. Some of this has been stated before, but with new members to our thread, and current issues regarding our stock, we feel it's time to remind everyone of some of our breakdown policies. When we purchase products with the intention of breaking them down, we sometimes order fewer of the pricier figures such as Hot Toys, especially if we're not sure how well the parts will sell. Let's use Marcus Wright as an example since he's been an issue lately. We ordered a bit heavier on Marcus since he had a good selection of accessories, but with our growing list of customers, we rapidly sold through the parts and continue to do so as we restock. Fortunately, we were able to order more, unlike most past Hot Toys figures, as they tend to be sold out before we even get them. We will continue to break down Marcus and any other figures as they need to be restocked, but only a couple at a time until we run out. If we did them all at once, many people would have bought all the parts within days or even hours of when they were posted, and many would never have another chance. At least the way we do this, there are multiple opportunities to acquire the parts you need if you're quick. We cannot be held responsible if anyone misses out on popular parts.
Also, we ONLY restock once the majority of the parts have sold from any particular figure. Our parts have been and always will be first come first served, and we play favorites with NO ONE. We are sorry we don't have a larger supply of the most popular items, but as sales continue to grow (thanks largely to those of you in this forum) we are trying to order larger quantities of upcoming figures. The products we're currently receiving were ordered 6 months ago (give or take), a time when we were unsure about the future of our business with all the economic troubles. Therefore, we had ordered a lot less than we are ordering now. Things are getting better, especially on our website, so again Thanks! We hope you all understand this, and that we're trying to be fair to everyone.
