If you're talking about HT stuff, the bodies are usually the first thing to go and fast.

So I plan on going to toy Anxiety tomorrow to pick up a few online in-store orders after I finish a yard project in the AM, probably head out around late-mid afternoon. I wonder if the owner (Ron, is it???) would mind if I recorded the experience on my Iphone and shared it with you freaks, just so you guys could see the awesomeness that is Toy Anxiety.

I think I'll do it, but keep in mind it will be the quality of iphone footage, so nothing spectacular.

Yeah, Ron is the owner and a great guy. I've never met him in person, but I've talked to him on the phone a few times. One of the nicest guys you'll ever talk to

I know they had a commerical they posted on the old site at least that gave you a little sense of the store, but I'm sure any of us could easily spend hours there

I think that Toy Anxiety should sell the boxes as well, I know there is definitely a market for them.

So I took a few videos of the inside of Toy Anxiety when I went in to pick up a few loose parts. I asked the person behind the counter (I didn't catch his name) if it would be okay before I did, and he just said to not get any of the customers on video in case they didn't want to be filmed. It's nothing professional by any means, just taken with my iphone, and a little shakey at times, so if you get motion sickness, you may want to avoid watching them.

I just wanted to share what this store is like. It's toy mania on crack. There is so much stuff in this place, that its a little overwhelming at first.

Anyway, enjoy.

I would just view it in the smaller window, iphone don't have the resolution to go full screen.

Yes, but if it's a highly sought after body like Wolverine, Dutch or Wesker, if you're not on the site the very second they go up for order they're gone. That's pretty much true with all of the good stuff.

I'm convinced there are people who have the TA site up all day long and just sit there hitting F5.

Sad in many ways, but probably true. Same regarding the Sideshow newsletter page. Sure, there is a "pay-off" if you end up being the guy who runs across the Wolvie body or a gray Hulk PF at the second it pops up, but damn. . .at what cost of time and energy that could be spent on something else?

Like. . .posting on a toy forum all the time. Hard to criticize people for anything here without coming off as a hypocrite of sorts

The VERY few good things I've been able to snatch have been just pure luck (with a lot of pre-whinning).
