Not rude at all. By the time they posted the updates everything had already been picked through. Why not post the updates when they post the new products? Ask many people here who have missed out many times over because they had no idea when something got added to the site.

Aren't the same items available in the store as well? Some stuff might not even make the website.

We tell our locals that they are just as subject to the first come first served policy as online customers. They can buy the parts once they are on the site, and if they are still available. Only staff gets dibs , but rarely do any of us get much. None of us do much customizing. Our online sales are the only reason we're still in business, and our physical store could not survive on the badly declined local sales. You guys ROCK!

OK, also, let's drop the back and forth on the "Late Update" issue before it gets out of hand. Thank you to everyone for your support and understanding in the matter!

If people miss stuff because they're waiting for the privilege of having TA post it here first, well, that's on them isn't it? Personally, if I want something specific, I'll refresh the product page whenever I can to see when it's posted. They don't have to post here at all, let alone answer to anyone, especially you. Yup.

It's actually easier to locate stock online than it is in the store. It's not like there's a bin full of Joker and wolverine sculpts for anyone to take. Most of that loose stuff is kept in back, at least from what I've seen.
