I didn't mean them as mutually exclusive... merely: I see it as harmful (to the hobby) to do one to the detriment of the other.

On a forum that is meant to be as much about customising as it is about collecting, to me, it reduces the hobby to a very base level if EVERY topic has money as its focus... becoming harder to engage/debate/stay interested is all - I'm just sayin'.
