TA:

I've been using the Toy Stash program and it works great! Today I was able to order some products that sell out fast (Saizo body is one of them) and then go back to order (more calmly) other products without having to pay for shipping again or having to ask you to consolidate/combine shipping charges into one. Also, I've had my Toy Stash certificate for a week and have been ordering through that time. My question is, how will Toy Stash work with the new preorder idea? Is there a way to preorder a part, include the Toys Stash certificate with it, but activate the TS week until you get the preordered part(s) stock?
(The preorder idea sounds great by the way :clap)

Good question. This is an issue that we should have resolved by the time we launch the Perseus Pre-order.

And, thanks for the plugs on the Toy Stash. Several people have tried it out, and we hope everyone likes it. We may make a few minor adjustments, but are giving it more time to evaluate the system. The only problem we've had so far is that a couple people have placed an order, but are not taking part in the Toy Stash program and yet still chose the "Add To Toy Stash Only" as their shipping option. We assume, they think they're getting free shipping for nothing :duh

I love this idea of pre-ordered parts!

I was on the site about 15 minutes before the update was posted on here but obviously I was still waaay too late.

Oh well - that mean loyal customers for TA and we need'em to stick around for a long time. :D

OK, here's our decision regarding the Preorder/Toy Stash issue. The way the preorder is set up, the shipping that is charged is meant to cover everything once the items are in stock so that we don't have to do any additional shipping charges. When we get it, we ship it and we're done. As always, if shipping is overcharged significantly, we'll refund it. It would be preferred that preorder parts not be ordered within a Toy Stash order, but we're not going to be able to control that completely, so we'll have to deal with it as it happens.

Are pre-order credit card purchases charged at time of ordering or time of shipping?

All Pre-orders are charged in full up front. That's the only way we're willing to do this. If you don't want to do this, you'll have the opportunity to purchase the parts when they ship. We're ordering more than what we're offering at preorder with the intention of breaking them down at that time.

The link for the Van Helsing goes to Perseus.
Nothing is shown loose for the Van Helsing.

Cool! I like the pre-order parts idea. Now I can actually start getting the bodies I miss out on.

TA will all the bodies be up for pre-order?? I'll be placing an order soon. How do pre-orders and regular orders work together?

Do you guys happen to know any more about the Perseus body? I think many of us are unsure if he has a full muscle chest or if it is like Marcus where he only has muscle arms and a normal torso.

Based on the pictures so far I'd say the new body is more like the Comedian & Wolverine without the muscular chest. Here is the description off of Sideshow's website. "TrueType body with muscular arms and newly developed rubber legs showing detailed muscular lines and texture."

It doesn't say anything about charges. Do you charge pre-orders with the order placed or do you charge that item when it comes in stock?
