I experienced that when I had the HT Wasp wings in my cart and it was about $60+ for shipping that along with a couple stands & a body. I dropped the wings out and shipping went to a normal price of about $16 or so. I missed on on some stuff until I was able to figure that out. I'd guess you probably have something large like that in your cart maybe.

I had that too. Took out the Hawkeye arrows in my cart and went from $125 in shipping to $18. So something about the estimated size and weight of the items must have been ballooning the estimate.
