Is what I felt, he was never a stereotypical movie monster. There was no drool, or spattered blood, it was neat and orderly. When you see people with Transdermal implants or scarification.

Anything he did wasn't from a primevil side,it was because he was fully in control and wanted to do it and there was nothing you could do to stop him.

You've got to love Doug Bradley's voice as well, such an amazing tone to it.

Are they re-casting or will Doug be back in the role ?

Looks pretty sick. Though I have no faith that the remake could possibly live up to the original, I am looking forward to it.

The designs for the original Cenobites was FLAWLESS!! Nothing could be done to improve upon them, absolutely NOTHING! That said, I kinda like the new design, except it looks more like a mental patient who did some extreme cosmetic surgery on himself than a demon from Hell.

Looks like they took the original design and just tried to make it more gruesome, adding fresh cuts and blood Not overly impressive, but I suppose it could have been worse.

The first two films really creeped me out when they first came out!
Loved it when the cenobites went up against the doctor in the second film.

Always liked Barkers books but never really translated well into films maybe it was the lack of good special effects then

I prefer the original design, but I don't hate this new one. I like the larger nails.
I just hope he's in something other then what appears to be a straitjacket.
This also could be a transition makeup, like when he first gets changed into a Cenobite.

I prefer the original also but for a remake this looks cool 'cause it's not ripping off the original too much. I thought Rob Zombie's Michael Myers mask rocked but hated the movie. So hopefully a remake of this will be better.

That's not true.....the Thing was a remake and that was ground-breaking. It may not happen often but it does happen.
