Help for 1/6 Juggernaut custom

Firstly, dont judge me for choosing Vinnie Jones.

I need to find some chest/neck/shoulder armour to try and close the perceived gap between neck and shoulders on a beefy body.

Can anyone think of any possible options that would fit and look screen plausible for an X3 Juggernaut?
