Hi All,

I have had this kit for a few weeks now and had it on hold while I was doing projects but decided to start on the Stan Arts 1/12 Dewback.

The casting on the is excellent there is next to no seem lines and what there is of them took me 15 min all up to get rid of the. The legs and toes were glued with superglue and the legs were attached to the body using superglue as well.

I have my trusty helper Bob show how great a Bandai Figure works with this kit. I have some little gaps I have to fill and then I will be using this leather to cover the saddle and bridle as for the reins.

Damn this one is going to be amazing!

Cheers Spud and I'm not using the base it came with I'll be making a larger one.

Looking good Ron.

Did you make the paint holders or are you re-purposing something?

Thanks Darth and the paint holders I got from a company here in Australia, if you type in modelling paint racks on ebay you'll find a heap of them.

Ron

Hi All,

Nearly completed doing the leather, I just need to do some trimming and then do the padded front section of the saddle. I also need to do two rolls for the back and add a few extra greeblies and then start painting everything.

The green parts of the pouches are static grass and once painted will look like fur.
