Thats what I said before. I do this all the time, its called a simple welfare check. Call the local PD, give them the address and they will try to make contact with him..They may even have a cell number for him..

They won't care. I'm a police officer and we do it all the time. It's probably a good idea to have someone go check on him due to the circumstances unless someone has his cell to try first..
