Hmmm the neck and how the neck flows into the cowl looks really toyish to me (way too thin and not accurate to how flush the cowl and neck armour are on the real thing) also I think the likeness on the face looks pretty weak.

The armour and the cowl look amazing though.

What is the diameter of the base, does most of the weight seem to be at the bottom. I've been thinking of getting one but the only place I would have to display it would be next to some stairs and the banister would only be like around 10" from the base.

I can't imagine anyone doing a better job than this. This piece has has a "wow factor" that's off the charts.
