That's just wrong on their part. I could understand if someone kept returning a statue to get the perfect one but to try a second time to get a good statue...what's wrong with that?
Wow, not nice... I mean come on. Whatever happen to the customer is always right? It's not like it's free. The buyer just wants a undamage one.

I think Sideshow have this policy in returns/exchanges purely for the larger items like your Galactus's or LSF's...their theory is that there is a high chance that the replacement could also be defective and therefore they would advise you to order your larger sideshow pieces from a local retailer rather than from themselves.
In all fairness, i think that Sideshow replacing a damaged item once should be compulsory, however, when it comes to a second or third time then i can understand their theory.
Quite a few freaks, including myself, got a more than satisfactory replacement first time round so you can mention this to them Theri...otherwise i hope you get to sort your situation out one way or another my friend
