Do you think so Mamba? There are so many quality pieces still to come. Galactus will be up there but i'm looking forward to the Batman PF and the Iron Man goodies...i'd say Hulk would up there for statue of the year imo

Batman PF is my favorite I'll probably vote for him for statue of the year, but I'm biased because Batman is my favorite super hero character.

In term of statue Galatus is

Saw this in person at SDCC last year, very very impressed with it. Hulk Maquette has no chance to compete with Galactus as statue of the year. Galactus Maquette >>> Hulk Maquette (My opinion of course).

The Batman PF is my favourite of the year & won't get beaten. As far as I'm concerned SS couldn't of done him any better. Obviously this is just my opion & everyone else will have there's but one thing I'm sure everyone will agree on is that this has been an amazing year for statues & with Supes coming up for PO, well thats just going to be the icing on the cake. Even though I doubt we'll be receiving him until this time next year.

I'm a bigger fan of Batman than Galactus, but no way in hell Batman will beat Galactus you can bank on that. Hell nothing probably will beat it this year the way the release schedule is looking. Choosing a statue of the year isn't about who I like better it's about the best f-in statue sculpted and produced this year that blows your mind when you see it, and to me Galactus is the standard setter, and at that price point!? All other statues can GTFO.

I agree. If production pieces come close to the proto, he will be the best thing SS ever made next to the lifesize statues.

Scary when you start thinking along those lines on future statues whether how hollow they will be. But sadly this one might be .

He should be solid enough, since he has light-up features he will have to be somewhat hollow to get the wires through.
