Oh, well. Like I said there were only 2 [well really 3] figures I needed from the lot. The rest of the 1:6 were fodder and the Ni was going to be offered on this forum.

Nah, I've been sniped all too often and really hate it...way too much to do it to someone else, especially one from the board. Maybe I'll get lucky and find the ones I "need" affordably, elsewhere.

You want three of the other figures. Don't tell me you wont get the money back by selling off the Ni and the other ten figs. At this point its like $12 a fig, of course it wont stay that way, that's a certainty.

Sniping is the only way to bid. In the last minutes, when the item is at its lowest, there isn't enough time to muck around. You put in your best offer and see if your number comes up. Do your math, wait as long as you can, and place your bid. It's only the programmes that give the term 'sniping' a bad name. It kind of assures a lower price and a good attendance at the auctions close. You get instant judgement. You're not over budget because you put in your best bid, hopefully within your means. You don't win, you couldn't afford it. No being sucked in over your head. There's the added bonus of getting the item under your top bid too, if your lucky, and that is a satisfying feeling.

No sad sack here at all, Creech. To be perfectly honest, I most likely would have kept ALL the 1:6 and sold off the Ni, unless he had bash-potential. If it earned back $ against the price all the better.
