The first few seasons were very suspenseful. Once the main story was tied up it shifted into a 24 type show. I stopped watching this season but it was still pretty good through last year IMO.

I stopped watching after season 5. There were some interesting enough things going on, but so much of the characterisation had long descended into caricature.

I might have forgotten how irritating Carrie's cry face is to give season 6 a go.

Wait, this is STILL going on? I caught the first two or so seasons on TV, then learned that Brody was killed and didn't bother to "finish" it. You're telling me they moved past that? Huh... I shifted over to Billions for my Lewis fix.

Skipped season 6 and started season 7. Carrie's cry face is getting a red hot go. I want to punch the TV screen.
