I'm not sure if this has been posted yet, but i just got an email from SS that Joker will be delayed until April.

Already has. Flex-pay people have had their final charge pushed to 4/20. So at best, 1st batch Joker (Sideshow direct orders only) arrives end of April.

Means squat. When I called about Batman I had more info than they did; they didn't even know about he split shipment. Retailers survive on volume and really don't follow or track individual figures like we do here.

So six months into 2012 hot toys would have released 89 batman, 89 joker, Im mark ii. I'm not betting on the tron bike being released in may.

Pretty painful the long wait between figures we face,with all the amazing stuff they keep announcing and revealing to us.

I ordered Batman from Sideshow the day they went up for preorder, but hesitated with the Joker since it was so much more expensive and had the NRD charge.

For the other Batman and two Jokers, I decided to go with CSC. They had the cheapest price and they get it as soon as Sideshow gets theirs since they're their distributor.

Unfortunately this split shipment crap has thrown a wrench into the whole thing. Wouldn't that have been nice if Batman and The Joker were a bundle pack like they originally eluded to instead of this mess? Oh well.

I know I'm not changing over to Sideshow, it's way too late in the game and I bet money that the Joker is going to have the split shipment ____ too.

Like I mentioned above this is how I thought it was gonna be. I had visions of this big box on my doorstep with Batman and Joker inside. I was so siked. I was even going to take off work.

I'm OK with the delay since Keaton is delayed -- I never thought they'd both come at once -- but I wish I ordered thru Sideshow now.

It's not so much the fact that it's delays, but that I've had the amount for the AE combo pack set aside and it's getting really hard not to spend. Now I have to wait another three months staring at almost $500 and a new iPad comes out next week. Of course, I could always just not spend it, but that would be rational, who likes to do that?

I know. I'm seriously considering cancelling my orders and reordering thru Sideshow... I just fear that I'd be put at the back of a very, very long line and end up waiting for a 3rd or 4th split shipment.

I feel your pain guys the 89 figures gave got me into this very fun but very expensive hobby. I'm near Charlotte and we have an Ikea so already got the Detolf waiting light installed and all. I'm starting my collection out with the 89 figures and DK TWO-face I got on ebay. I got the 89 Keaton from midtown comics for $215 he is supposed to ship at the end of March. I got the Joker pre-ordered from side show so hope he ships sometime soon!
