Mine's in customs right now...hopefully by the end of week I can't wait to shoot him with my BD and regular versions of Batman! So excited!

Well, I finally opened my Joker.
First impression, pretty fantastic.
He is very sharp. You can see a huge jump in the tailoring from
their previous Joker releases. His clothing is the sharpest production
work I have seen from HT. Dare I say it, it almost looks like Kato clothing. Hat is very wrong, but it looks better than I thought.

He is an unusual release, pretty amazing quality-wise. One surprise is just how colorful he is in hand. The sculpt is fantastic, but it's so good that you can see fault in it. It is off a little, but excellent at the same time. So he isn't quite as photorealistic as Keaton Bats, but thats not much of a criticism considering the nature of their outfits and design.

All in all, excellent.

You just got me excited for this. I didn't feel impatient until now...

You should have bought from SS. Batman will be in hand Thurdays and I'd bet joker will be in hand by the end of April.

SS was a little more expensive than most places plus the NRD for Joker. SS seems to always be a little more expensive, I rarely buy from them. But knowing what I know now ,yeah, I would have bought from them.

I just don't want to torture myself. It's not worth saving $10 to me. I figure if smaller retailers are getting from SS, why not cut the middle man out and elimate any issue like this. Of I may change my tune the first time I have a problem with SSC.

And although I do wish they packed the brown shippers in a box to mail, I have yet to experience any damage at all out of 26 HT.

Even if you had a problem with SSC I'm sure they would do something to work it out. Lots of people go there for their stuff. But yeah I think if I knew there woulf have been a split shipment I would have at least gotten Batman from them.But whatever, it won't be long now. March is more than half way over.

The inclusion of VAT and local taxes as part of FedEx deliveries from Sideshow has put off a lot of international buyers. It's just not worth it if you can get it earlier and possibly tax free from China. Only 1 out of 5 orders I get from HK are stopped in customs. So unless it's a sideshow exclusive there's little point for a lot of folk outside the US.
