I just ordered the 2nd run from OSK. Never had the original and this looks excellent for the price point.

I’ve got an unpainted “Boo!” Caine museum Joker sculpt + beret & tie I’ve been wanting to finally get finished and used, but I’d love having both versions. This would be great to turn into a museum version.

I just don’t want my 1/6 scale stuff to look oversaturated. I’ve got all the BvS Batfleck variants (sans black chrome), but I think those work since they’re all wildly different looks.

Just got my mars toys one in however it's missing a button on the vest. Around the eye was a bit of clear resin which I've delicately taken off.

Over all very nice piece.

MARS TOYS Joker. Awesome figure for the price. Quick pic with minimal futzing.

I haven’t poured over everything yet but initial impressions are really good.
Sculpt is sharp and paint is really, really nice.
PERS isn’t as adjustable as HT’s but does the trick and doesn’t look bad.
Clothes are pretty well done. Pants are better looking than HT’s. Overall tailoring isn’t as refined though. Hat is a little funky. No accurate place for the flower to install. Tie isn’t tied well.
Body is absolute garbage. Hands are awesome. Shoes are awesome.
Overall look is an 8 out of 10.

Just opened mine up from TNS and it looks great! So glad to have this piece!

edit. I broke the long gun trying to put it in the trigger hand. So be careful with that. The barrel just snapped off

And thanks for the short and quick review. Since you mentioned that the body is awful, I wonder how this will look on one of the newer CooModel bodies since they aren’t as tall as the older versions might have to get one on hand for whenever the second batch comes in from OSK. Or might just bite the NRD if my impatience wins out

I’m going to see what spares I have on hand and do the swap soon. Maybe one of the cheap KO HT bodies I use for most of my customs will work.

Custom Vale’s apartment Joker using my second Mars Joker. My friends first attempt at a 1/6 shirt too. I’ll have her tighten up the collar, make it smaller and make it a single layer of fabric rather than two on the next shirt and it should be a done deal.

Love that. It’s a shame Hot Toys barely scratched the surface of Nicholson Joker variants we could’ve gotten - especially considering how much they had to fork over for Jack’s likeness rights.

Was what reissued? DX08, no. The Mars Toys Joker got a second run though. And for some reason we all just started talking about the Mars version in this thread.
