When I ordered mine from CSC they had just recieved thier second shipment from SideShow. I know that all of those were accounted for. They are either waiting for anothe shipment to completed their sold out status, or they are swamped with all the other items that have to be shipped out from other products. CSC is great, have no worries.

side note, using the sam head on my 1/6 tron body and it kicks butt!
the disc throwing arm is just the same arm, with a diff hand and a disc.

How hard was it to remove the helmet from the Spinmaster figure? Did you have to cut it off to get the Hot toys Sam head to fit on it?

Displayed mine a few days ago and noticed some kind of small flickering in the Cycle's LED light. Now it got worse and it's flickering all the time.

It's not about the batteries so I'm wondering what could be the reason.
Cold junction, cable break, loose contact?

Maybe I will post a video on YouTube the next days.

Anybody else with this problem yet?

On another forum a member was having the same issue. He returned his to Sideshow for a refund. I am not sure how you can handle this, other than asking for a replacement, or refund. I think the production on this pieces is over, and its sold out most places.

Even thought it's sad for others with this or with related problems as well it feels better not to be alone with this.

I already found a post in another forum of someone talking about an electronic sizzling noise from the rear wheel.
This video doesn't show my concrete problem, but it shows that there could be multipled LED problems:
