Nope. The character design for the movie is very bland and dull. Doesn't make a interesting figure at all.

TDKR Bane is a Toyota.

Yep, i have to say, just pre ordered joker 2.0 instead, this fig while a nice head sculpt is a pass, the arms are just a bit of a fail, he only looks good wearing the leather jacket. This next to gordon and the DX12 will really show the quality lapse on this, i'll be waiting for a 2.0 if at all, def gonna get gordon now.

I was really hoping this would be more exciting somehow but I agree this would not stand out next to the DX12.

I was going to skip Gordon for Bane but I will probably pick up Gordon now. He looks so much better.

Now the wait for Catwoman

despite of all the hates towards this figure, i gotta say i do love the leather jacket. might just buy the jacket itself after its released.

I think that what stings this figure the most isn't that it's a bad figure, but rather, that the others are so good. When people see something like the DX 2.0 Joker with the awesome heads, Kato clothing, and loads of accessories followed by the DX 12 with the vastly improved suit, amazing Bruce Wayne head, and all of its accessories, they get in a certain "mode", so to speak. I think that, what it boils down to is that HT spoiled folks.

How about no? We can multitask. I've complained about Joker's socks after the DX 12 was revealed, and I'll continue to complain about those socks and the issues with the DX 12 now that Bane's been revealed. We can do diss!!!

Thanks. I will probably feel different on Friday and will rush out and Pre-order it once I have seen the film, which will be spurred on by some unfounded fear that it might sell out and Hot Toys will never ever make another one, which we know is less likely to happen than having Superman turn up at the end film.

I'm sorry? I can understand Bane, but what was so wrong with Batman? The PERS and faces need some tweaking, but, other than that, I can only identify a few minor nitpicks. For the most part, the suit is magnificent, as is the Bale hs.

Don't Hot Toys normally 'tweak' stuff before they release it anyway? I've seen lots of stuff look different from a prototype before, perhaps the forum as a whole shouldn't judge something until they see it in the flesh?

can we assume that while hot toys was developing this figure they didnt have awhole lot of references of bane to work with? i think ill be with the majority though and pick him up when he is available.
