man...gotta improve for sure, looks worse then the reveal shots. Obviously, i'm still picking it up but would like to see it improved.

How they did the mask is weird. Because there is not actually a face under it, it sits too low and is too flat against his face. You can tell the face ends at the mask. It doesn't give the illusion that there could be a fully sculpted head under there.

It's like Batman's cowl. Head-on it looks fine, but from other angles the flaws jump out.

It could do to be a bit larger also. Too much cheek is showing (he looks like an evil chipmunk ) and there's actually detail missing in the center of the mask.

What can be seen of Tom Hardy's likeness is fine though.

FINALLY! A photo of him with his damn glove.

& that sweater is horrible. That looks like a $3 shirt you can buy for a barbie. I'm not liking it. I'm sure some adjusting can make it look better though. The pants just look dumb. I never liked them & these photos are making me not like them even more.
Also, that neck looks so odd.

Yup. I'm gonna wait till I see the final product before deciding whether to pick up Bane or not. I loved him in the movie and I do think the figure looks good but it could be so much better especially for the price.

Luckily this character was really well recieved by fans. So we will likely see multiple figures (hopefully a 1/4). Also this figure isn't even do to be realeased till March so who knows they mite fix it. The only thing that concerns me is that fact that this figure seemingly needs a complete overhall from head to toe. I have never seen hot toys make that many changes before, but I hope they realize that they need to go back to the drawing board on this one.

why didn't they just sculpt the glove on, bane wears it all the time in the film never takes it off, i really want this fig but its looking so bad apart from the sculpt, it just does not have the presence hardy had in the film and they should of done the boss leather jacket as well since bane does not really have many accesories

I'm glad this isn't a popular figure as it keeps the price down for those of us who do want it. I think this will be like Two-Face; a one time release that people suddenly want a few years later when they realise HT aren't re-making it.

The more I look at this figure the more I hate it.
Never had this before in the 3 years with me getting HT´s figures.
Aweful job...

I don't have a problem with the sculpt. The shirt looks awful but it looks like something can be done with it. The boots look like cheap toyish plastic. The coat needs some serious weathering and I think it might be OK. And the body needs a complete do over.
