1. There's a good chance he may have been cancelled.

2. There's a very good chance Hot Toys will never let the fans know and leave everyone in limbo.

I doubt Drax was dropped. They would go balls to the wall with the Gaurdians and not release a full team. He'll be made. They might have a mind set of " Lets release Gamora, Rocket, Groot, amd Star Lord, let the collectors get a month or two break financially, and release Drax!" Its plausible. Or, they could be tooling the monster gun he used on Ronin.

There's no way they will drop Drax. GOTG did supremely well overseas and Marvel Studios movies in general are very good for Hot Toys. I think they are just taking awhile to show an updated prototype to get it JUST right.

I'm surprised they didn't show anything at the Toy Soul 2014. It would have been nice since Guardians recently release on BR/DVD

Yo it would be very silly of Hot Toys to drop Drax, is like making all the Avengers, except Thor...I'd be tempted to cancel Groot/rocket and Quill if this is the case

Why would they drop Drax? The majority of fans will buy him if they're buying the rest, they just have to improve him and get him to the standard of the other figures in the line.

I feel making Thanos was a waste of time considering people are waiting for the infinity gauntlet so will therefore wait till Avengers 3. However by that time it'll probably cost $50 more than it does now!

They should have made Ronan considering he won't be back for the next film whilst Thanos and Nebula will return.

The sky is not falling, y'all. I subscribe to the prevailing theories that the figure is being fine tuned or there's a likeness usage issue with the WWE. For the former, good, because the sculpt was bland and the body a little off. For the latter, I would put my money on Disney/Marvel/Hot Toys over the WWE in the legal arena.

It's not like any other Guardians team members are there so why would you expect Drax to be?
