And this is WWE's most recent Batista figure... if they are going to fight over action figure likeness, they should at least do it right themselves... looks like a buff/bald Tony Danza.

Yeah, Mattel can suck a ****. When they solf the Elite series 30 Batista and had his " Highly detailed Tattoo's" as his included accessory, I knew I was done with them.

Yeah, Mattel can suck a ****. When they solf the Elite series 30 Batista and had his " Highly detailed Tattoo's" as his included accessory, I knew I was done with them.

The Elite series was pretty good when it first started. Back then you could easily tell the difference between the normal releases and the Elite series.
Now they just use slightly more articulated appendages, and (sometimes) slightly better paint applications on the regular figures and throw in a few accessories and call it elite. When it first started the sculpts were brand new for a majority of them.
As you can see this "Elite" [Blutista] has the same exact head as the one I showed previously, not to mention a toddlers finger painting project on his back.

I still watch WWE casually (as in I'm willing to miss it if there's something better to do) and have a few figures from earlier Elite series' (Mick Foley & Kane only) so I do still pay attention to the figures. It's sad how retail action figures have fallen, yet their prices continue to rise regardless of diminishing quality. Or maybe i'm just jaded because I don't buy them anymore and only buy 1/6th scale

He has a different looking gorilla like body then any other figure theyve made and hes shirt less. Its not the headsculpt, theyre just working on this new body.

That's not really "news" as there is no official word about why it's taking so long... It's just speculation and hope.

I think Drax will be launched no matter what. If you look at the Star Lord's box, there's a G on it. So by assuming they are trying to create GOTG, the current lineup has only 3 sets.

EX Star-Lord is sold out completely... Makes me feel good too because I ordered it days before the movie came out and wasn't sure I would want it after that.

If it had anything to do with low sales, just make sure to give Drax a cool exclusive. I think that's the problem with Gamora, no exclusive, no rush to order.
