Yeah its a serious waste of time, I'd recommend calling them on the phone but you would have to speak Chinese(maybe, lots of ENG speakers in HK)

I may brush up on my mandarin so haha. I believe both Chinese and English are the common languages there.
But don't think I'll be ringing them. I spend enough money on HT with out running my phone bill up haha

They couldn't officially say anything if they wanted to, unless it's cleared by marvel. And they are not going to say something to John Doe collector before the people they have millions of dollars worth of contracts with. And generally speaking the folks in customer service have not much more info then you or I. Until marvel and whom ever else is contractually obligated to be informed are told and authorize a release of info, either in photo or video or a sneak peek or a press release or whatever else..until those people sign off they can't say anything new. Not officially. They could loose their licenses, and given the success of marvel that's a bad idea, or have a fine. Depending on how the contract is worded. Once they can say something they will. Thinking you will get some inside info no one else has by emailing them is kinda silly.

Ha, don't want inside info. Just want to know if he is going to be released. And an email never hurt.

I'm sure someone will correct me but it seems like almost none of the non-exclusive or non-EX figures go to waitlist .
There are a few exceptions but we aren't told the production run vs sales to figure out if it's a success

I doubt that considering there has to be a ton of WWE Batista figs out there. He's not John Hurt. The whole body has to have a new sculpt I imagine.

I still can't imagine HT skipping Drax, but making Thanos. It just seems like an idiotic decision to not make the last member of the team. I feel they're having issues with the body and weather to have a seamless, rubber torso, or to keep the one they showed at SDCC. It was after all the one with the most complaints.

It does seem odd that we're getting the "coming soon" info for Thanos and nothing since SDCC with Drax. I plan on getting all the team, so I will be really annoyed if Drax never comes when at least 5 other figures were made.
