Yep, me too..then I gave in. Just bought Han in Carbonite off of eBay using the coupon for $235 shipped. Pretty low on funds, but knew that I'd probably never be able to get it for that cheap of a price. Actually had the chance to get the first release for under $300 the other day on eBay.

Is there anyone on here that actually prefers the new release; not just the Carbonite block itself, but the entire display? I use to dream about getting the Jabba wall display back when it was way out of my price range; but now I think I kinda prefer the new one. It really compliments all the bounty hunters so well.

sorry for the late response - it was sadly the last one from that seller - had it for $219 shipped, so I got lucky. had to cancel my bbts order i had made 24 hours prior. probably on their naughty list with how i've been abusing their pile of loot option in the past month.

oh wow does look really good thks, im sold i think. should divert funds to new character cuz i have ROTJ boba but im such a sucker for the ones that check the dude in suit look box and this nails that more than my ROTJ based on pics it seems.

I tried removing the entire fat suit on mine, but I didn't care for how skinny it made the torso, so I ended up just cutting out the legs and giant thighs instead.

And I also took a page from McHaley and used a weathering kit on all the armor, gloves and helmet, just to make everything look a little less clean and new (and also to lighten it up a bit). Here you can kinda see the difference between gauntlets. Although I suppose I might switch to the skinnier SS gauntlets at some point like others have.

I wouldn’t have considered this one, but now I’m thinking it’ll go great with ESB Vader. Dammit.
