Any chance of a breakdown on that please McHaley?

The customizing journey is somewhere in my custom thread, but here’s the breakdown:
Marmit Helmet with Medi Rangefinder and Tomy outer earpiece.
Body is the Medi KOTCS Indiana Jones, I believe. This is the newer, stronger Medi body.
Medi vest/chest and shoulder armor. I pulled the chest armor closer together, with needle and thread from the inside of the vest.
Medi cod piece and belt, with Marmit belt pouches. Added snaps pouches that required them. Grey pouches are Medi.
Pistol and holster are Marmit.
Wookiee Scalps are modified Kenner Boba Fett (the first one from almost 40 years ago).
Sideshow V.1 jumpsuit.
Medi boots and hands.
Marmit Cape
Blaster Rifle is Sideshow stock, grip and scope with Medi barrel with chromed end.
Right gauntlet is Medi.
Left gauntlet is Medi with Marmit rocket blaster and flamethrower. Tubes added.
Figure stands around 11.5 inches tall from foot the top of Helmet.
I’ve still need to detail the helmet. And gauntlets more.

thank you for being such a good sport about detailing everything for us - an expensive custom, indeed - but i think i'd rather have an incredible fett like that rather than three mediocre ones. did you have to tailor the flight suit at all? seems to fit proper snug on a slightly smaller frame.

Nope. No tailoring.

Great looking custom ESB Fett there McHaley! Really looks accurate to how he appeared in the movie.

Inspired by McHaley's fantastic looking fett...i put my own together a few years back...
Everything is medicom...except for the suit, guantlets, ammo belt/pouch,shoulder bells, cape and pistol..which are SS..and gloves and wookiee braids are Hasbro..
I repainted/weathered parts of the helmet..and added a light to the jetpack beacon..

Stellar matrix, stellar. Love seeing some of the customs you guys pull off. Amazing.

Brilliant matrix! Absolutely awesome. Love the little touches like the light-up beacon!

in 2005, Hurricane built me a wicked Boba Fett -- and included a light-up front chest panel AND jetpack beacon. I haven't seen one since. Mine has been hidden safely away to protect it so I have no idea if it still works or even how to get the batteries out. But it was a grail figure for many years in the early days of collecting 1/6th.

Get it out. Can't tease us with words.

Yeah, that's ancient history now... using mostly Marmit and Hasbro parts. Back at a time when Sideshow Bond figures were state-of-the-art.

Getting a Vader and Fett from Hurricane back then was like receiving an HT figure from the future. It was just a piece of art at the time. Though they don't necessarily hold up to today's fine work and body proportions, they will always hold a special place for me as a moment in time.

I'd say that Fett could still hold his own against newer figures though. If only the Hot Toys version included that light up chest piece, that would look nice on display.

Thanks. :duff

I know, I was really hoping for the light up bits like they did with Vader.

Perhaps if Fett is in Solo movie we'll get another iteration of him with a chance at the lights. (I know, even if most won't use it)
