That's what I'm hoping for! Chrome paint all the way! They did a fantastic job on Ironman and Robocop - I don't know why they didnt' do it for the endo.

Nope. I think he just means "3 guns" version of the T=800 as opposed to the BD Arnie:

NO. The "3 guns" version of the T-800, as opposed to the BD Arnie, will be no longer available. If there was another version in the works, he'd have said. Thats how I interpreted it.

My guess is they'll do that when the 5th or 6th movie comes out when the T-800 will feature more prodominantly - T4 is only in the early stages of Skynet, remember? Plus HT will have built up loads of demand for it by then.
