Undeniably well executed, but the actual design of the T-600 doesn't do anything for.

Really? I like the lumbering killing machine... has a great imposing nature. The classic Endoskeleton is of course the superior design, but this is a fun variation.

I can't articulate but, something about it just doesn't really do it for me. I look it and all I can see is exactly what it is, an attempt along the path to the T-800, I love the T-800 and the T-600 looks like a failed attempt to make the T-800 design. I really like the menacing face on the T-600, but something about the body is just weird to me, kinda reminds me of the weird robot guys in Judge Dredd too, which isn't a good thing :lol I'm sure they'll be fun to watch on screen, I just feel not need to have a $200 toy of it, which I'm sure it'll be pushing for it's size and complexity.

Understandable... it is definitely a 20+ year later revisit of what currently would be envisioned as the predecessor. Be interesting to know if there are any old concept drawings of what would originally have been envisioned for earlier designs.

I would imagine they would have been more human proportioned, but less advanced models. Its silly to think Skynet would create a 8ft tall design for infiltration... and a biped certainly isn't an efficient design for combat operations :lol

It'd be cool if they designed one of Skynet's robots from a Cameron sketch. I don't know if the sketches he did pretty much all capture what Winston came up with for the T-800 or not, but it'd be a cool tie to the origins using an original concept art.

Kinda funny though, "the 600 series had rubber skin" and were 8 ^^^^ing feet tall :lol.

Probably would have made more sense (in the grand scheme of the film) to call this a T-600 Heavy Infantry or something. That way you could justify why he's so out of proportion to what an infiltration model would/should look like.

Well it does show a lack of attention on the filmmakers part to make this brute the T-600, unless in the film we're introduced to variations of the T-600, but the first movie really sets you up to expect a T-600 is just like the T-800, but they hadn't perfected the skin so they were noticeable for that detail, to now have it be a brute makes you feel like George Lucas is making this with the continuity break :lol

Yep, but I guess that's updates for you... we seem to like things bigger and "better". Still, if I shut off that part of my brain I can appreciate the fun of the hulking beast design and will welcome him into my collection.

There's nothing wrong with making this one a beast, just don't label it a series number that has a precedented description and not meet that. The 600 could easily be 500 or 550 or whatever they wanted. It always struck me weird why it was a T-850 in T3, I didn't see anything to make it different from an 800.

I just hope they do a Connor, some of his gear looks like it'd make for a really fun and impressive figure.

I have too many socks ... does anybody want to buy my socks ?.

No ... in fact I don't have enough socks. :monkey2
