Hot Toys 1/6th - Eternals - Thena

I think this figure and the Gilgamesh figure both look really good. I’m not sure I want to start collecting another line but so far I think the Eternals figures look cool.

I just saw the movie about an hour ago. It was far from my favorite Marvel movie but my son and I enjoyed it. I thought it was pretty good despite some holes.

Of course it is possible that I ended up thinking the film was pretty good bk I had zero expectations going in …who knows.

In any case, there are quite a few figures I would rather see Hot Toys produce, I am glad that they made at least a couple of the Eternals and I hope that they come out as good as they look in these pictures.

If they just make ikaris and sersei I think I’d be totally satisfied with that lineup. Without those two, I have a hard time seeing myself buying just thena and Gilgamesh.

Exactly why I PO’d her! But did also love the film, controversial but true. It was about time a film that deviated from the usual Marvel arc and in such a raw storytelling/indie kind of way.

It’s out! Some angles look really good but I think when you look at it straight on, it looks off. Cool figure though. I wish I enjoyed the movie more.

This actually came out looking really good. Still, I held off on ordering until we saw final product pics since it's a face sculpt that could've potentially come out too soft instead of just a mask, but now that it's here, it just makes me shrug a bit since there's only 2 of the team coming. Really wish we had an Ikaris to go with this.

I was hoping they'd fix the position of the tiara, good job. Not the best Angelina likeness though, a bit of a mix of her and Portman.
Probably gonna get her at some point though, Angelina figures/statues are rare.

Save your money and buy the 7" versions. These kids of figures are not made for 1/6 high end collectables.
