Is that a way smaller scale version of The Bat? Maybe they're getting around the size problem by scaling it down? Maybe to 1/12th?

Looks to be a 1/12 or smaller Bat..I'll still take it...a new smaller line of HT figures in development?

The ball room dress figure that people are referring to looks more like a caped figure to me and my first thought was the headless horseman from sleepy hollow (they have the license), I know the cape in the movie has a red inner lining , not sure about the back of it.

Yes. The only one we haven't figured out yet is the one with a question mark on it...

But I must say, I don't really see how that is Man of Steel... Looks too big to be him and the cape is shiny red..
