Same here. Kind of sad reading the Crowe Jor-El thread, and people going on and on about him not being a nice guy, but no one has a problem with the crackhead RDJ.
RDJ is supremely overrated, he's the same guy in every role. Crowe is 10,000 times the actor. Also, him throwing a phone at a Hotel worker is hilarious.

And yet another Iron Man-related release revealed for HKACG 2013...
Now I get that "Batman Returns" is over 20 years old and its fans will always be there, and there is something to be said of "striking while the iron is hot" with this Marvel stuff....
But THIS!?! Multiple Iron Mans again and again... Ok. But 2 Tony starks from one movie!?!? And one of them incredibly scene-specific to a sequence that it seems the majority of folks are stating they weren't even big fans of (and that made very little sense). This before showing anything from a line announced over a year and a half ago?
Sigh... I know patience is a virtue. But this is getting ridiculous.

That Catwoman custom a few pages back was amazing, and I have a really hard time believing something like that would not fly off the shelves. Maybe one day HT will fall out of love with IM3 long enough to get something else done.

batman seems to be getting shafted lately nothing on a ra's figure(still) nothing on arkham, nothing on returns. Yet we have im3 with proto's for gemini , H breaker, igor, IP, mk42, silver cent, mandarin,tony stark, tony stark in a hoodie

I neither know nor care if RDJ is a "crackhead," but what draws people's ire to Crowe is his rudeness to underlings; this is evidence of a really craptastic personality. He thinks he is truly "all that," and nothing rubs other people the wrong way faster than that sort of thing. This is not a monarchy and Crowe is not the king of anything, except in his own mind.
You don't hear anything about RDJ throwing phones at hotel staff and other such childlike behaviors.

3 new things from licenses announced a while back. Granted the armory was teasted at the start of the year but still. IM3 not 6 months old and has 8 things announced. Sorry but im sticking with my comment.
I understand business is business and a cash cow is a cash cow but the attention they give iron man needs to be spread around a bit more
Hot Toys seem to have prioritised the 66 line over Returns which while disappointing is sensible from their point of view given that the license hasn't long since become available. I suspect the DX14 was brought out just so collectors can feel comfortable in the knowledge that they haven't forgotten about Burton's Bats and Returns figures will be made sooner or later.
As for the Arkham City line I expect those figures to be put up for PO in October

RDJ has had his personal addictions, but according to everything I've seen and read, he's always been appreciative of his fans and has a great sense of humor. Crowe just comes off as an unlikable ******* in real life and in interviews. At least Downey has charisma and range (If you only know him as Iron Man, see CHAPLIN). I still have no idea how Crowe made it.
Exactly! I expect graciousness from celebrities, which reveals that they are grateful for their enhanced social status and not unmindful of who GRANTED them that status: an adoring public.
Celebrities being rude to waitstaff and fans and anyone who crosses their paths/calls their wife/requests an interview is biting the hand that feeds them. RDJ may have his deficiencies, but at least he knows enough to keep it friendly. At least in public.
